It is retrofitted with QCT measuring software ensuring reliability and helps reduce programming times.
Our CMM is serviced and maintained yearly guaranteeing accuracy and performance.
Our workshop gauging and measuring equipment, including dial and digital verniers, micrometers, depth mics etc., are standard equipment for our engineers all of whom have the full use of our dedicated inspection departments instruments such as Bowers bore micrometers, calibrated imperial and metric slip gauges and Trimos height gauges.
As part of our ISO 9001:2015 certification all equipment is fully calibrated and certified.
In process inspection and final inspection of all components are carried out in house and, again as part of ISO 9001:2015, are fully traceable from material purchased to programmer to operator to inspection to goods outbound.
