We also offer an "out of hours" service providing a breakdown service to repair manufacturing or process lines where welding, turning or milling will produce repaired/new components. This ensures lines are operational with minimum downtimes.

Manufacturing
We offer a breakdown service for turning or milling of shafts, bearing journal repairs, welding, etc, that will enable manufacturing lines to be operational with minimum down time. A design service for retro-fitting lines to improve productivity or health and safety issues is also available.

Research & Development/Entrepreneurs
We are able to produce 1 offs to drawing or sample for fledgling parts in the early stages of design and often offer our help and advice in this area too.

We provide all finishing requirements so customers receive a finished part which is immediately usable with no need to be involved with any other service provider .e.g. anodising, chemi-blacking, hardening, graining, zinc plate, alo-chrome, grinding etc. Certificates of Conformity can be provided.

Delivery
we provide a delivery service via ANC, Fed-Ex, local carriers or Saxon vehicle.
